Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy :
 

Orders generally ship next business day. As a guide Australia Post will deliver within one to five business days across Australia however, we cannot guarantee Australia Post delivery times.

Tracking confirmation details will be sent to your provided email address once dispatched.

Cuddle and Snuggle consider communication a high priority. We will endeavour to communicate with you as we progress through all stages of your order.

Our aim is not only will you use our services again, you will recommend us to your friends. 

 

Orders may not ship the next business day for reasons including but not limited to : credit card processing errors, shipping and billing address verification, inventory availability, and high order volumes resulting from a promotion or sale.

We post to the address given at the time of ordering. If a parcel is returned to us due to customer error, additional postage charges will occur to resend.

​

Postage for parcels is calculated on the size and weight of your product order.

If express post, parcel insurance or signature on deliver is required please contact us via email at the time of ordering.

 

Refuse Delivery
If you refuse the delivery of a package, you’ll be charged for return shipping.

Australia Post


We promise to assist where possible if damage arises as a result of shipping, We must be advised within 24 hours of delivery if items are received damaged. We will assist customers with filing an Australia Post claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact Australia Post about any damage in transit, loss or delivery disputes.

Return Policy :

According to Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement due to change of mind.


We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and we know it can be difficult to buy online so most of our products are eligible for exchanges and store credits, with just the exception of some products for example baby nests, bibs and Sale items. If you are unsure, please email us

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange in most cases, however, you can always email us and let us know what has happened

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require your name and order number, which should be in your email confirmation. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return credit.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via a Cuddle and Snuggle gift voucher


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange a size, you will just need to post your item back to us and as soon as we receive it, we will post you out the size or item that you would like instead. Please include a note with your order number and what size you would like to exchange to as that will help speed up the process. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at and we will provide further instructions.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us with photos and we can go from there


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund via credit voucher, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your voucher credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages/Issues

- items will not be refunded due to change of mind
- items will not be refunded/credited due to damages from transport companies,

we use Australia Post as our postal service. Should damages occur during transport please contact Australia Post within 24 hours

- other damages and faults please email us directly within 48 hours of receiving product
- We will replace or refund damaged/faulty items that we feel are at our fault and not a third party involvement (eg postal service, addressee)
- Faults are to be reported within 48 hours of receiving product. Email with photos of fault. If deemed a production error items will need to be returned for a replacement item or refund.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
