IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING

You don’t need us to tell you, but just in case, it's important to note the following:

​

• NEVER, ever leave your baby unsupervised. Always place on a flat surface. All baby bedding, baby nests and baby products are to only be used in a supervised setting

• Always check the items prior to use to ensure no damage or danger present

• Baby nests are not a sleeping solution.

• NEVER carry your baby in the nest.

• Throw away the item at the first sign of damage or weakness

• NEVER use our items as a toy

• NEVER leave a child alone or asleep with a bib

• Discard your items if the structural integrity begins to look compromised.

• NEVER place or use the nest inside cots, bassinets or playpens, only a firm secure surface.

• NEVER place soft objects such as stuffed toys, pillows and blankets in or over the baby nest or the baby.

• Minky blankets shown over Baby Nests in marketing and promotions are for advertising purposes only. We do not recommend the use of loose blankets over baby while in the Baby Nest.

• Ensure that baby is laying at the top of the baby nest away from the drawcords and that the drawcords are tucked away securely within the mattress pocket at all times.

• It is important to note that the buyer and user of products assume all responsibility.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER: 

Please ensure that when nest is in use, your baby is monitored at all times. When using the product, do not place nest on uneven and unstable surfaces, surfaces that are smaller in size than the nest, in water and on moving or vibrating surfaces. Ensure that baby is sleeping at the top of the nest away from the drawcords and that the drawcords are tucked away securely within the mattress pocket. Cuddle and Snuggle do not accept any liabilities for improper use.
